Alongside the selector´s and mc´s of the CHANTA CREW, who are prepared with a hot music-selection including tunes from the foundation era up to the latest dancehall & roots tracks, two very special guests will nice up the dance with their performances on the Turntables & LIVE ON STAGE.
Coming straight outta Kololi/Gambia/Westafrica, JUNIOR KING, one of the hottest Gambian ReggaeArtists, will be LIVE IN CONCERT for the first time in Duesseldorf ever. His amazing talent and powerfull style of singing reggae & dancehall already fascinated big crowds in his homecountry. Known as THE VOICE OF THE VOICELESS he stands and fights for righthousness & peace all over the World.
Also representig Gambia, BOOM SOUND will nice up the dance with a big collection of hot tunes and very special DubPlates. Mighty Diamond who runs the BOOM SOUND started his music career at the age of 16 in Gambia/Westafrica. Together with the Blacker Spice SoundSystem he played big shows all over in Gambia. After coming over to Europe in 2001, and supporting King Bai Sound as a MC, he returned to Gambia with the "Outta Germany Crew", wich consisted of Mighty Diamond, King Bai, King Ralf & Stone Circle, for the Tobaski-Tour wich is one of the TopEvents in hole Westafrica. Since 2004 Mighty Diamond hosts the aftershowpartys for the biggest ReggaeFestival in Europe, the Summerjam in Cologne. Coming to the Dance with a unique collection of DubPlates, BOOM SOUND guarantees you a musicmix full of positve und upliftment Vibes.

JUNIOR KING is one of the hottest rising ReggaeArtists coming from the African Continent and, with the age of only 23 Years, also one of the youngest. Kololii, his hometown is situated next to one of the most beautiful beachsides of Gambia, wich is also known as „The smiling Coast of Africa“. The musical career of JUNIOR KING began very soon in his childhood and was also influenced by his mother who was a choir singer. He very soon felt that becoming a musician was his destiny. His conscious lyrics and explosive style of chanting & singing very soon let him become: THE VOICE OF THE VOICELESS
